A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be responsible for baseline forecasting.
· Integrating New Product Development Plan into S&OP process
· Lead the demand planning portion of S&OP process by working with distributor and internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operation, E-commerce, Finance, Marketing) to gather and justify all relating building blocks to monthly specific sale plan for all categories (Splitting E-commerce and Offline).
· Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings (pre-demand, demand review, executive S&OP meeting) and ensure the drumbeat of S&OP meeting cycles as well as participant discipline.
· Ensure on-time in-full S&OP result submission to BOD.
· Work closely with commercial team for items having low sale performance in month, initiative action for leftover.
· Be responsible for accurate visibility of forecast| running rate forecast in system (NETSUITE) timely to trigger correct supply replenishment to avoid OOS or excess inventory and poor service level.
· Provide analysis and challenges against demand assumptions (Commercial, BA, MKT, OPERATION) to ensure the realism and reliability of demand forecast.
· Provide Sale Forecast M+1 to Top selected Vendors.
· Act as supply chain excellent: Regional Supply Chain KPIs, local supply chain KPIs, Data analysis: Stock, Service Level, OSA, Stock Day, Supply Chain Cost, Forecast Accuracy, Classification, Store rank, Stock profile etc.
· Data Consolidation: Inventory, POG, Sale, Scheme record on daily basis.
· Proactively and regularly review Service Level with top vendors to investigate root causes and define corrective and preventive action.
· Leading SLOB associate to action plan and Bi weekly tracking with commercial team
· Investigate root causes of aging stock and High value stock and provide action plan to reduce aging and high value
· Project, other task assigned.
B.REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Industrial Management/BA
· 5-year experience of retail business background or 6-8 years experience of other related supply chain.
· Functional knowledge of Demand planning, sales forecast.
· Strong computer literacy / High proficiency in EXCEL/ SQL/ Python/ POWER BI will be advantage.
· Experience in using analysis to identify and implement opportunities to improve processes.
· Good English communication both verbal and written.
· Good Collaboration, Team player with can do attitude.
· High responsible and able to work independently / Be able to work under pressure.
· Good in adaptation, flexible to deadlines and quick response to short lead time.
· Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
