Lead the FBP Commercial team and act as the key liaison between Finance and Commercial functions to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational transparency
Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams (both OBL and OEM) to enhance commercial strategies, pricing, trade promotions, and channel/customer profitability
Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing decisions, trade investment allocation, and commercial negotiations
Analyze product mix, customer/channel profitability, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
Support financial assessments for new market entries, product launches, and commercial contracts
Develop tools, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor commercial performance, pricing effectiveness, and promotional ROI
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Export teams to assess cost implications of Incoterms, shipping terms, and FX exposure
Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and actionable business insights to BTMi leadership.
Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Drive cost control initiatives and conduct variance analysis to identify gaps between actual and planned performance, collaborating with Function Heads to develop corrective actions
Support investment decisions through financial modeling and ROI analysis
Monitor KPIs and translate insights into operational improvement plans.
Oversee the consolidation of financial data across BTMi group entities (Vietnam, Indonesia, China, EU, and the US)
Coordinate with FBP Managers at subsidiaries to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis
Synthesize complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for Group leadership
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support group-level strategic initiatives
Facilitate cross-regional financial planning and performance reviews.
Identify synergies and improvement opportunities across group operations.
Support the FC Director in preparing operational performance reports for the Board of Directors.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and undertake special projects assigned by the FC Director and CFO.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA) are a plus
Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles; FMCG or Food & Beverage industry background preferred
Solid understanding of Incoterms and international trade terms, with the ability to assess financial impact on pricing, cost structure, and revenue recognition
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities across functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
