SANY Group, a Global Top 3 Construction Equipment Manufacturer, is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Senior/Manager) to support business growth, financial governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & AR Management
- Review revenue recognition and monitor parts sales collections.
- Perform AR reconciliation and ensure data accuracy.
2. Inventory Control
- Participate in inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory turnover and aging stock.
3. Tax & Compliance
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure tax compliance.
- Review warranty parts usage, promotional giveaways, and related accounting treatments.
4. Business Partnering
- Monitor costs, profitability, and gross margins of the parts business.
- Support management with financial analysis and operational issue resolution.
5. Internal Control & Process Improvement
- Strengthen financial controls and optimize business processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Tax Management, AR Management, or Finance Business Partner roles within medium to large-sized companies.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, invoicing, revenue recognition, and inventory control.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred. Fluent in English or Chinese (both is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, business mindset, and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work independently and support management in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is highly preferred.
