SANY Group, a Global Top 3 Construction Equipment Manufacturer, is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Senior/Manager) to support business growth, financial governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business contracts and commercial terms from financial and compliance perspectives.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support business growth.
- Review incentive schemes, commission policies, and business proposals.
- Analyze business performance and profitability.
- Evaluate dealers and distributors through cash flow analysis and financial risk assessment.
- Strengthen financial controls and minimize accounting, tax, and compliance risks.
- Support the development and optimization of finance management processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, or Finance Business Partner roles.
- Solid experience in:
- Financial Accounting
- Tax Compliance
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Business Finance / Finance Business Partnering
- Strong understanding of Vietnam local tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English or Chinese (both is a plus).
