Finance & Accounting Manager F&B/FMCG

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our client team and take charge of the companys overall financial health and compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and strategic support for business growth in the F&B/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise monthly and periodic closing of General Ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review financial statements and related notes to guarantee compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee all tax declarations (monthly/quarterly), manage timely payments, and coordinate annual audits & tax finalization.
- Ensure the accounting function strictly complies with local laws and company policies.
- Partner with business units to build and monitor revenue plans, budgets, and cost center performance.
- Prepare financial models and business cases to assess investment opportunities and support management decisions.
- Strengthen financial processes across collections, payments, reporting, and data management.
- Collaborate with growth and supply chain teams to optimize cash flow management.
- Analyze OPEX & CAPEX to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities.
- Deliver clear, structured monthly financial reports and provide meaningful insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS & local).
- Strong track record in handling high transaction volumes (10,000+ monthly) with precision.
- Proven leadership managing a team of 8+ members, with the ability to build a high-performing culture.
- Hands-on experience applying Kaizen or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to elevate the finance function beyond day-to-day operations.
- Background in F&B or FMCG industry
