Handles the entire responsibility of Service activities for GEA Separator & Decanter (Commissioning, Servicing, Troubleshooting, Spare Parts Technical Support)
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Perform Service Maintenance, planned and unplanned in Focused Area: Separator and Decanters products
- Complete assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner
- Installation and Commissioning support
- Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer & company SOP
- Perform site troubleshooting with remote support
- Write comprehensive service report timely
- Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance
- Promote companys product and services
- Support Service Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation
- Contributing positively to Business&aposs achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets
- Collaborating with the sales team on equipment audits at customer sites to generate new business.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical discipline
- Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Service Engineer, with excellent related skills for commissioning, troubleshooting & Service Maintenance, caring with care of exact details and with high responsibility.
- Prior experience in handling and operating of Separators or fast rotating equipment
