Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth in Vietnam. You'll identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and support the Sales Manager in executing strategies that strengthen Birla Carbon's market leadership.

The role involves sustaining and growing business with existing customers while identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and converting them into actual customers. Coordination with stakeholders is essential to align resources and achieve profitable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Achievement

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Grow business in assigned accounts.

2. Customer Management

  • Maintain regular contact with customers.
  • Support basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issues.

3. Lead Generation & Market Coverage

  • Identify new leads in the assigned territory.
  • Increase customer visits and product inquiries.

4. Product & Technical Understanding

  • Learn core product features and applications.
  • Assist in basic product presentations or trials.

5. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Update CRM regularly.
  • Submit accurate weekly activity and sales reports.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure customers receive correct product documents (SDS, COA, etc.).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and SFDC
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Master's in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Valid driving license and passport.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within domestic markets.
