Position Responsibilities:
- Develop overall strategic plans for the channel partnership department, lead global expansion and maintenance of relationships with banks, payment institutions, card networks (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay, etc.), and financial institutions, and drive the implementation of payment business collaborations.
- Deeply explore partnership opportunities, innovate collaboration models (e.g., joint product development, optimization of clearing channels), and enhance the company's market share and industry influence in direct connectivity channels.
- Monitor global payment industry policies and market dynamics (e.g., foreign exchange controls, anti-money laundering regulations, localized clearing requirements), adjust partnership strategies accordingly, and drive partner institutions to optimize products, costs, and processes to strengthen competitiveness.
- Coordinate internal resources (product R&D, operations, settlement, risk control, etc.), lead the design of partnership project plans, product iterations, and implementation to ensure efficient execution.
- Develop compliance solutions (e.g., AML, cross-border data compliance) aligned with policy changes and risk preferences of partner channels to mitigate business risks.
- Build and manage professional banking and channel partnership teams, improve performance management mechanisms, and enhance team execution capabilities.
- Coordinate overseas localized channel expansion needs, align resources between headquarters and international branches, and promote localized implementation of cross-border payment services (e.g., licensing applications, clearing network access).
Qualifications:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution, or a globally renowned higher education institution.
- 3+ years of channel partnership experience in the payments/financial industry, including at least 3 years of banking partnership team management experience in payments or fintech.
- Extensive resources and networks with domestic/overseas banks, card schemes, and clearing institutions (e.g., SWIFT, local clearing networks); prior experience in cross-border payment companies is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, corporate banking services, and international clearing systems (e.g., SEPA, Fedwire, CNAPS); familiarity with operations of institutions like UnionPay/NetUnion.
- Knowledge of overseas payment markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Southeast Asia), including regulatory policies, user behavior, and product logic (e.g., real-time payments, e-wallets).
- Strong commercial negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, with experience leading negotiations for major cross-border payment or FX settlement projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in applying for or collaborating with cross-border payment licenses .
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in emerging fields such as digital currency payments and stablecoin settlements.
- Proficiency in English&Chinese as a working language.
