The Infrastructure Development (Facility Readiness) Senior Associate owns end-to-end delivery of HUB and Infrastructure projects — from site selection and leasing, through set-up and construction, to standardized processes and digital tracking — ensuring every facility is ready for operations on time, on budget, and to company standard.
Job Description
- Leasing Excellence
- Conduct site selection for new Hubs; review and shortlist options against company facility standards.
- Support lease negotiation and contract review (BCA, terms, pricing) to secure the best commercial terms.
- Facility Planning & Cost Optimization
- Evaluate cost and lead-time trade-offs between site/vendor options to propose the most optimal solution.
- Support CAPEX/OPEX planning and ongoing facility maintenance budgeting.
- Data Analysis & Digitalization
- Maintain accurate project and property databases/trackers.
- Contribute to dashboard reporting and process automation to improve visibility across infrastructure projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Hub (FLM) Operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure tasks are delivered on time and in full.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above — Business, Supply Chain, Related Procurement/ Finance, or Construction/Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in property/leasing management, facility planning, or project management; large-scale company experience is a plus.
- Strong project management mindset — able to independently manage scope, timeline, and cost.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English: able to read and understand technical documents and industry terminology; verbal communication in English is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Apps Script, or AI tools is a plus (not required).
- Fast learner, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing and able to travel across the country for site visits and new facility set-ups.
