Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for designing and proposing business marketing activities through: (1) Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management,
- Design marketing content for program/campaign,
- Marketing campaign management.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Business Marketing Planning And Marketing Performance Management
- Participate in proposing overall marketing calendar detailing marketing activities.
- Execute marketing activities, budget, premium/stocks and provide updates.
- Coordinate with related parties to build communication propositions.
- Prepare, propose and implement NPS survey.
- Design and embed customer loyalty programs.
- Propose KPIs and approaches for assessment of marketing value.
Design Marketing Content For Program/Campaign
- Design content for marketing programs and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (agencies) for content design.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop campaign management mechanisms and standards.
- Strengthen public awareness and branding through collaboration.

All functional units in the bank: mainly with business divisions, RBG, CA, Strategy, Finance, Procurement, IT, OnT

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Product Marketing, or Business Marketing. Strong capability in offline marketing and customer engagement activities.
Deep understanding of Private Banking customer insights.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools for marketing and business performance enhancement.
English proficiency: TOEIC 650 or equivalent.
Knowledge of banking products and business operations.
