Job Description:

  • Lead and manage hub setup projects from planning through execution and handover
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability
  • Allocate tasks, monitor workload, and ensure timely project delivery
  • Track timelines, manage risks, and proactively resolve project issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align project requirements
  • Oversee property preparation, renovation, and equipment installation
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, documentation, and progress reports
  • Continuously improve warehouse setup processes and PMO standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in project management, warehouse setup, facility management, or expansion operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse infrastructure, renovation, and operational readiness.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
