Job Description

1. Payroll

  • Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, C&B database update accurately and timely.
  • Manage HR software (HRM system) to ensure information fully and smoothly
  • Assist/Consult HR Manager in setting up rules, policies; provide guideline and support stakeholder in performing their daily works.
  • Labor contract renewal.
  • Termination process.
  • Manage all C&B document, especially for employee profile.
  • Support in managing employee benefits scheme according to the Labor Law and Company Policy.
  • Prepare C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required.

2. General tasks:

  • Manage uniforms, Staff card, Food card
  • Manage fingerprint registration for employees
  • Make purchase requirement and manage stationery of HR department
  • Be one part of organizer team to implement internal Event
  • Support for recruitment in Factory (if required)
  • Other task assigned by HRM

3. Job Requirements:

  • At least2-year experience in same position
  • English communication
  • Formal payroll qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, (including Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Payroll systems administration skills.
  • Teamwork, openmind
