Overview:
The
Executive Successor – Parts & Accessories Sales lead the overseas parts & accessories business by driving sales growth, expanding international distribution channels, optimizing inventory management, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across global markets.
Job responsibilities:
- Allocate and manage sales targets in each market.
- Research expansion of sales channels/partners.
- Develop cooperation and incentives with e-commerce partners.
- Calculate the ordering demand for accessories for the markets.
- Process Distributor/Dealer orders and coordinate the delivery of accessories to market warehouses.
- Manage accessory inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Strong experience in overseas sales, channel development, and distributor management.
- Proven track record in market expansion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
