Job Description
  • Work closely with the Restaurant and Kitchen departments to prepare food and drinks for the Executive Floor dining room. Make sure food is always ready before serving time every day.
  • Receive meeting booking information from Executive Floor guests and arrange for guest accordingly.
  • Be responsible for all issue funds, foreign currencies and all collections in short, for all monies which are handled by a cashier during the shift of a day
  • Check, receive and handover the accuracy of the cash float, guest VAT invoice, miscellaneous vouchers…. To sign for it in the control book and fully responsible for it during the shift.
  • Ensure daily posting of F&B bills, telephone bills, business center bills, etc. are posted into the Front Office computer system.
  • Register guests promptly ensuring that they are provided with all the necessary information.
  • Assigns rooms for arriving guests. Special attention is given to Accor Members, VIP guests, repeat guest with special request.
  • Ensure all check out guest folio and account's copies are accompanied by supporting documents, bills, invoices, etc.
  • Ensure that all Executive guest information and billing instructions received from reception/reservation are completed.
  • Exchange foreign currency for inhouse Executive guests, while safeguarding against counterfeit money. To guard against any fraudulent exchange of currency.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features
  • Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel


Work Experience
  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
