- Drive culinary experience ,brand alignment, HACCP- Hygiene and safety compliance .
- Responsible for Food cost, yield management & supplier performance bringing in a performance culture
Qualifications
- Proven success as Executive chef or senior sous chef with hands-on leadership, interpersonnel skills and creativity that aligns with current trends
- Strong command of international cuisine + local flair
- Passion for interacting with people, calm under pressure and a guest focussed mindset
