Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Strategy

  • Support the CEO and BOD in strengthening internal systems, KPIs, and cross-functional performance (HR, Finance, Sales, ImportExport).
  • Consolidate management reports, identify key risks/opportunities, and deliver concise insights to the BOD.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by the CEO.

ImportExport & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Coordinate with the CEO and ImportExport team to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
  • Source and evaluate domestic and international suppliers for special or strategic projects.
  • Monitor importexport costs, contracts, and operational efficiency.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist the CEO in tracking sales performance, revenue targets, and execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze key customer accounts, financial strength, and long-term partnership potential.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for sustainable business expansion.

Finance & Banking

  • Review cash flow, financial performance, and forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work with banks to optimize financing terms, interest rates, and foreign exchange conditions.
  • Support strategic financial planning and capital allocation.

Human Resources & Internal Coordination

  • Participate in hiring for key roles, including screening, interviews, and final recommendations.
  • Support compensation discussions and employment negotiations.
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll, insurance, and internal communication.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and priorities to ensure effective time management.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and hospitality for the CEO and international partners.
  • Draft contracts, official documents, and business correspondence as assigned.
  • Oversee company website and social media to ensure a consistent, professional brand image.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, importexport, or senior executive support roles.
  • Age: 3040.
  • Languages: Fluent Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of importexport operations and contracts.
  • Clear communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
