Job Description

Company Operations & Strategy

  • Support the development of internal systems, software, and KPIs for key departments.
  • Consolidate and analyze departmental reports and present insights to the BOD.
  • Participate in problem-solving to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist the BOD with new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the CEO.

ImportExport Management

  • Work with the CEO and ImportExport team to oversee all importexport operations.
  • Identify and build relationships with new domestic and international suppliers.
  • Review importexport costs and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Sales Coordination

  • Support the CEO in monitoring sales performance and reviewing revenue targets.
  • Analyze key customer profiles, including financial capacity and partnership potential.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support safe and effective business growth.

Finance & Banking

  • Collaborate with finance and banking teams to monitor cash flow and financial performance.
  • Evaluate and negotiate banking terms, interest rates, and foreign exchange rates.
  • Support the CEO in financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation.

Human Resources

  • Participate in recruitment for key positions, including screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
  • Support discussions on offers, salaries, and assignments.
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll and insurance matters.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication across departments.

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO's schedule and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange travel and logistics for the CEO and international partners.
  • Handle hospitality for important guests and business partners.
  • Draft contracts and official documents when required.
  • Oversee website and social media content to support corporate branding and PR.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, importexport, or executive-level support.
  • Age: 3040 years old.
  • Languages: Excellent Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
