Executive Accountant

Position: Accounting Specialist

Salary: up to 40,000,000 VND (gross)

Location: Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hour: Mon to Fri | 8 AM - 5 PM

Contract: up to 31 August 2026, signed with Adecco

1. Get to know the Team

You will be working closely with a lean and professional accounting team within the Production function, collaborating daily with internal stakeholders and external service providers. The team values accuracy, transparency, and teamwork, while maintaining a supportive environment where members are encouraged to learn, share knowledge, and continuously improve processes.

2. Get to know the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the Production Department of a global apparel group operating in Vietnam. This role will support daily accounting operations, tax compliance, and payment control in a professional, international working environment.

3. Responsibilities

• Preparing internal accounting and compliance reports
• Managing routine payments and ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Performing VAT reconciliation
• Preparing PIT and CIT data for submission to external tax service vendors and supporting tax payments
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

4. Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within a multinational or international environment
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and professional mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and leadership potential
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Fluent English, Japanese or Chinese is a plus
