We are seeking a full-time Executive, Account Management who thoroughly understands the Vietnam Tourism Industry. AM will play a key role in sustaining our relationships with Partners, while ensuring Partners product quality on KKday.
Success in this position requires a strong background in Tourism, results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.
Scope Of Work
- Manage products onboarding
- Manage accounts - own, develop and manage accounts in assigned destinations. Ensure that their products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion
- Monitor the inventory and estimate the expected purchase quantity based on past sales records.
- Support tech backend system connection with partner's system.
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities with KKday)
- Have thorough market intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments - very good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends, partners rate structure and pros and cons of competitors model
- Review bad COGS products weekly and request to BD to deal with suppliers
- Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team to use of the systems
- Other reasonable duties, as assigned
Qualification Required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 years),
- Fluent English and Vietnamese speaker
- Exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people
- Data-driven, superior attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- High energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative
- Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
