Job Description:
To drive the transition to sustainable logistics by (i) analyzing EV market trends, (ii) monitor and improve EV adoption, and (iii) managing the end-to-end deployment of electric vehicle fleets. This role bridges data-driven insights, operational execution, and EV enablement.
1. Market Research and Roadmap
- Strategic EV Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research and feasibility studies on EV technology, battery efficiency, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) compared to ICE vehicles.
- Infrastructure Roadmap: Collaborate with BI teams to analyze and lead the end-to-end PMO lifecycle for EV charging station rollouts, from site selection and grid capacity analysis to final commissioning.
- Set regional benchmarks, identify target gaps, and drive corrective actions using data insights
2. EV Operations Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between SPX and Brand partners, supporting onboarding, daily operations, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for escalations, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accountability and timely support.
- Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with operational standards, and collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and implement new initiatives.
3. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, performance databases, and executive summaries for leadership and EV Adoption reviews.
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies, support change management, and address recurring non-compliance issues with relevant teams.
- Develop advanced dashboards to track EV fleet uptime, energy consumption, and ROI, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in performance management, operational excellence, or project management, preferably in EV logistics, e-commerce, or express delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation tools).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Effective communicator: able to deliver clear messages and clarify expectations with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven willingness to go the extra mile.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
