What will be your mission
The professional will lead high-impact workstreams in a fast-paced environment, delivering tangible results and strategic value. The role involves constant collaboration with cross-functional and international teams, as well as direct interaction with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
What will your day-to-day be like
- Onboard and manage new partners to support the operation, including BPO partners
- Structure agents activity data in a comprehensive and scalable way, ensuring it can be easily consumed by both internal teams and external partners
- Manage and support internal agents, ensuring alignment, performance, and operational efficiency
Support the creation and improvement of processes for new and existing operations - Prepare and present status reports and project results, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed about progress and key developments.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading fluency is mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills are the most critical requirement the ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive effective outcomes
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to inform decisions
- Prior experience in loan collections, particularly with high-volume, low-ticket, unsecured products, is a plus but not a requirement
- Hands-on, proactive profile with a strategic mindset and a strong execution focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
