Job Description
- Ensure the environmental system is in place and effectively executed through periodic performance checks and collaboration with downstream plants and related parties.
- Manage routine inspections, auditing, and reporting of environmental mitigation implementation in compliance with Vietnam regulations, Environmental License, and ESIA requirements.
- Conduct inspections at polyolefins plants and OSBL areas to ensure compliance with environmental procedures and requirements.
- Cooperate with CSR for communication and resolution of environmental issues with the community.
- Develop systems for assigned aspects (Environmental KPIs, Waste Management, annual environmental protection report).
- Ensure execution at the site and follow up on implementation progress.
- Conduct improvement projects for effective control of environmental aspects.
- Establish and implement environmental management system (ISO 14001).
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
- Manage and supervise safety, environmental, and energy work according to company policies, rules, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Participate in productivity improvement activities according to company policies
Requirements
- Education: Engineer / Bachelor / Master in Environmental Management, Environmental Technology, Chemical.
- Experience: Fresh - 5 years of experience in environmental-related field.
- Knowledge: Environmental laws and regulations, Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), sustainable development, system construction.
- Skills: Analytical skills for scientific data, proactive and innovative, time management, report writing and interpretation, creative problem-solving, effective communication, networking internally and externally, proficiency in office software, ability to work under pressure.
