About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our clients growth in Vietnam, driving enterprise-level SaaS and solution-led sales across core industrial sectors. This is a front-line, ownership-driven role focused on building deep CXO relationships, converting large opportunities, and scaling sustainable revenue in the region. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales execution, deep understanding of Vietnamese business culture, and the ability to work closely with global leadership to close high-value, strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for SaaS-based and solution-led offerings in Vietnam
  • Build, manage, and close a robust enterprise pipeline across target industrial sectors
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers, leading strategic conversations through to closure
  • Work closely with internal leadership, technical teams, and global stakeholders to align sales strategy and execution
  • Drive forecast accuracy, deal qualification, and consistent quarterly/monthly closures
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position differentiated SaaS value propositions
  • Actively travel to customer sites to build trust, influence decisions, and accelerate deal momentum
  • Adapt the selling approach to the Vietnamese sales culture, negotiation styles, and decision-making processes
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry forums, and events
  • Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and structured follow-ups on all opportunities

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales or solution-based industrial sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals (not just generate leads)
  • Experience selling to large industrial enterprises, plants, or conglomerates
  • Strong CXO engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Solid business acumen with an ROI-driven, value-based selling mindset
  • Aggressive yet professional approach to enterprise sales execution
  • High ownership, accountability, and a results-driven attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English (Vietnamese proficiency preferred)
