This role exists to drive the growth of ADAs Data Solutions business by identifying and acquiring enterprise clients through a consultative sales approach. The Enterprise Business Development will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, with responsibilities that span across lead generation, solution design, proposal development, and deal closure. As a key growth role, incentive compensation is strongly tied to delivery and revenue performance. The position demands a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual with the ability to build and convert high-value pipelines across CPG & Retail vertical.
Accountabilities /Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and acquire new business opportunities in the data & analytics space, across target enterprise verticals.

Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process from lead generation, discovery, and proposal crafting, through to deal negotiation and closure.
Lead Generation & Coordination: Manage and optimize multiple lead generation channels, including:
- Product marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events)
- Third-party lead generation partners and agencies
- Strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships
- Internal referrals from other business units and teams
Discovery & Solutioning: Conduct effective discovery sessions with new leads to deeply understand their needs, map pain points to ADAs solutions, and build urgency around the opportunity.
Sales Execution & Closing: Own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to deal closure ensuring alignment, momentum, and stakeholder engagement at every stage.

Translate client pain points into ADA&aposs data and tech offerings by building consultative, insight-driven sales narratives.

Manage a strategic pipeline of high-value accounts, delivering consistent revenue growth against annual quotas.

Lead client engagement efforts including C-level presentations, demos, pitches, and workshops.

Act as the subject matter liaison between the clients data needs and ADAs capabilities (first-party data, customer intelligence, advanced analytics).

Maintain CRM hygiene (eg. Salesforce) and provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Solutions, Customer Success, and Product to tailor-fit solutions (if opportunity arises)
Qualifications, Experience & Skills/Competencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate certification in analytics or digital transformation is a plus.
- 3-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within a SaaS, consulting, data, or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals (USD1M range).
- Demonstrated success in self-sourcing pipeline and leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience selling to or working within large CPG or Retail companies preferred.
Skills / Competencies
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of data monetization, customer intelligence platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Strategic sales planning and execution skills with solid commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially when engaging C-suites.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to craft customized sales proposals and translate tech jargon into business value.
