Role Description
We are seeking an Outbound Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This full-time, on-site role involves driving revenue growth by managing and expanding client relationships, generating leads, and delivering tailored software solutions. As an integral part of the sales team, the Enterprise Account Executive will provide consultative selling expertise, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and advocate for client success through personalized account management and support.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify enterprise/mid-tier prospects across multiple verticals (Retail, F&B, Supermarket/Grocery, Convenience store chains, etc.)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and networking
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted account-based marketing strategies
Sales Execution
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing Palexy's AI solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature for enterprise deals
- Develop customized value propositions based on prospect's specific challenges and objectives
- Navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
Account Development
- Understand prospect's current operations, pain points, and growth objectives
- Articulate ROI and business impact of Palexy's solutions on store performance and customer experience
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for enterprise-level implementations
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights and customer needs
- Represent Palexy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise/mid-tier sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Experience selling to Retail and F&B industry stakeholders (operations directors, C-level executives)
- Success managing deals with 4-6 month sales cycles and contract values $30K or higher
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Strong prospecting abilities and comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to understand and communicate data-driven value propositions
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions for non-IT
- Background in Retail/F&B operations or understanding of retail/F&B industry challenges
- Familiarity with both Vietnam & Southeast Asian Retail/F&B markets
- Multilingual capabilities (English proficiency required)
