Job Title: English Quality Assurance

Location: 5th Floor, Viet A Tower, No 9, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi

Working hours: 8AM – 5PM, 5 days/week

We are looking for an experienced English Quality Lead to oversee annotation quality for AI data projects. The role is responsible for ensuring annotation quality, supporting QA operations, conducting root cause analysis, coaching annotators, and working closely with the Project Manager to continuously improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance

• Monitor annotation quality and ensure project quality targets are achieved.
• Conduct quality audits and review annotation results.
• Handle complex annotation cases and provide quality decisions.
• Ensure consistent application of client guidelines.

2. Root Cause Analysis

• Analyze quality issues and identify root causes.
• Prepare RCA reports for recurring quality defects.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track improvement progress.

3. Training & Calibration

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
• Organize calibration sessions with QA and annotators.
• Coach low-performing annotators.
• Support guideline clarification and policy alignment.

4. Guideline Management

• Interpret client annotation guidelines.
• Summarize guideline updates into easy-to-understand materials.
• Maintain internal SOPs and quality documentation.

5. Reporting

• Track quality KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend improvement plans.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Manager, Project Assistant, Trainers, and Operations.
• Communicate quality-related issues with client QA when required.
• Support project readiness for new guideline or workflow changes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Senior Annotator, QA, or Quality Lead is preferred.
• Experience with AI/LLM, TikTok, GenAI, LLM, Search, Safety, content moderation, or data labeling projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with annotation platforms and quality dashboards.
• Strong written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent), able to understand and explain English guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
