JAC's client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company hiring Engineering Manager/ Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Review and approve configuration and engineering design processes
- Review and approve equipment plans (disposal, fabrication, arrangement)
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans
- Propose and execute corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures
- Manage procurement of measuring instruments, tools, and equipment
- Purchase and arrange factory consumables and materials
- Manage maintenance of spare parts, equipment, and infrastructure
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives
- Promote and implement automation projects
- Support material consumption review and optimization
- Monitor and supervise maintenance activities, machinery, and tools
- Plan and set up new production lines
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve arising issues
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Language: Good at English (TOEIC ≥ 600), or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
