Manager - Biomed Engineering

Job Desc :

• Lead and manage nationwide engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical service and meet performance and productivity targets.
• Oversee engineering projects end-to-end, including preparation, implementation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support sales and business growth through technical input, service proposals, contract renewals, and revenue generation from services and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with risk management, internal controls, documentation standards, and service quality best practices.
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, workforce planning, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 57 years experience in medical equipment servicing and engineering support within healthcare institutions.
• Proven experience in people management, project management, and service contract handling.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with good stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and AutoCAD; willing to travel locally and overseas.
