Job Description
Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies
Analog block design and simulation
Full chip integration and simulation
Documenting the design changes and simulation results
Supporting documents for counterpart teams
Collaborating with the layout team in the physical design
Assisting embedded flash IP test
Requirements/Qualifications
1+ year's analog/memory design experience
Knowledge of embedded flash design a definite advantage
Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred
Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA
Some experience of layout a definite advantage
Good English communication
