Key Responsibilities

Executive support to CBD

  • Provide administrative support to the Country Business Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for leadership meetings.

Office management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facility needs.
  • Manage office budget and procurement processes in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the office.

Team engagement & culture building

  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and suggestions related to workplace experience.

Internal events planning & execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls, kick-off meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event content with business priorities and employee interests.
  • Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, communications, and post-event feedback collection.

Communication & coordination

  • Draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the CBD and leadership team.
  • Maintain internal calendars for key events, holidays, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on corporate programs and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus.
  • Fluent in English
