Job Description:
1. Young Talent Programs Attraction
- Leverage different channels to drive qualified CV inflow for young talent programs (Sea Global Management Associate, Shopee Apprentice Program, Fresh Graduates, SPX Future Leaders, etc.)
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Talent Management Team to improve funnel quality and cost efficiency.
2. HR Communications
- Create creative, engaging and impactful internal communication materials for business updates, events, and HR policies daily under various content types
- Translate regional communications for local recipients and proofread bilingual materials
- Plan and produce employer branding content across social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support to manage social media accounts and engage with followers and potential candidates.
3. University and Partner Relations
- Build strong partnerships with top-tier universities in Vietnam and overseas
- Collaborate with current universities, student competitions and partners to organise exclusive workshops, office tours, career talks, and other student engagement activities
- Seek partnership opportunities with new universities, student communities or partners to help maximise our employer brand.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support the Event Team to execute internal events, including company-wide celebrations, wellness programs, contests, etc.
- Assist the manager in building a stronger engagement level through non-event projects
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience
- Be a team player and be able to work well under pressure
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Digital savvy and familiar with social media management
- Experienced in Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing preferred
- Relevant work experience with top universities
- Good design skills are a big plus.
