Job Title: Employee Relations Manager (6-month contract)

Scope of Work:
- Manage and handle Employee Relations (ER) cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolution aligned with company policies and Vietnamese labor law.
- Manage and handle day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders (line managers, employees) on ER-related issues and best practices
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
- Conduct investigations for complex ER cases and provide appropriate recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBP, Operations, Legal, etc.) to address workforce-related matters
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to ER cases and labor compliance
- Identify potential ER risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them
- Prepare reports, documentation, and insights related to ER and labor matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations (ER), labor relations, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law
- Experience working with a large-scale workforce (3,000+ employees is a strong advantage)
- Fluent in English communication (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in a multinational company and/or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Proactive, resilient, and capable of handling complex ER cases
