The Opportunity
Our valued client is an international, growing company in the Manufacturing industry. As a Communication Lead/Manager in this firm, you will have a unique opportunity to strengthen your skills and grow in an international working environment. This position will be based in Long An province.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Oversee content creation for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, and digital media. Manage crisis communications with timely, transparent updates, and continuously analyze and refine efforts for greater impact.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation. Lead responses with coordinated, consistent messaging and conduct post-crisis analysis for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute corporate events and campaigns aligned with strategic goals, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency. Measure impact through feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, developing engagement strategies to enhance reputation and support business goals. Serve as the primary media contact, ensuring accurate and positive coverage.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must (preferable in Social Science Major)
- Min 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Government Affairs
- Knowledge in Strategic Communication, Public Relations & Media Management, Stakeholder Engagement
- Fluent in English
