Job Description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing and managing end-to-end implementation of local and regional initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience
- Supporting, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee engagement programmes
- Preparing internal communications including announcements to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
- Sourcing and managing the procurement of event material and merchandise
- Providing support on team events and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
