Based on the FRS plan and vehicle program requirements, identify issues to be addressed in upcoming FRS releases.
Manage and track the resolution status of issues, and push related stakeholders to fix them according to problem solving regulations.
Investigate and analyze the technical root causes of critical issues, FRS-potental blocking issues, or market complaints; assess their impact on the vehicle program and report/explain to the chief engineer and direct management.
Collect, summarize, and manage the total number of issues across the entire vehicle program; generate health reports for the program and propose improvement actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
Good understanding of the EE Software & Function Release process and best practices
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
