We're Hiring | EDUCATION COUNSELLOR

ATS – Avenue to Success is an international education consultancy based in Vietnam, supporting students in building clear study-abroad pathways to Australia, the United States, and Canada. 

With a strong global network, we deliver transparent, professional, and end-to-end guidance for students and families. 

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City 

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students and parents on study-abroad pathways, programs, and institutions 

• Manage applications, admissions, and visa processes 

• Convert leads into enrolled students and achieve recruitment KPIs 

• Participate in events, seminars, and lead generation activities 

• Maintain CRM data and ensure consistent follow-ups 

We're looking for:

• 1–3+ years in education counseling or study abroad consulting 

• Strong sales mindset with KPI and pipeline management experience 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
