As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our commercial laptops and desktops business within the enterprise and corporate market in Vietnam. You will actively engage with enterprise endcustomers to understand their business needs and drive demand for ASUS commercial products and solutions. At the same time, you will work closely with channel partners, including System Integrators and Distributors, to jointly develop and win key projects. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and a strong business partner to the channel, contributing directly to the success of major opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Commercial Director.

What are you expected to do

In your daily duties, you will:

1. Enterprise Customers Engagement & Demand Generation

  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers (senior stakeholders and IT decision makers) to fully understand customer IT environments and requirements, and infrastructure refresh plans
  • Position and specin ASUS commercial products and solutions with optimal, valuebased configurations, ensuring ASUS is considered during the early stages of the procurement cycle.
  • Actively gather customer and market insights and share them with internal teams

2. Hybrid Sales Execution & Channel Synergy

  • Direct-Led, Channel-Fulfilled Drive enterprise opportunities through direct customer engagement and work with suitable channel partners (distributors & System Integrators) to complete deals.
  • Channel-Led, Vendor-Supported - Support partnerled opportunities by engaging with customers alongside partners, providing ASUS product and solution expertise, and positioning ASUS products effectively in enterprise projects

3. Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Sales Pipeline Management - Actively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Forecasting & Reporting - Maintain accurate opportunity updates in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Tender & Project Support - Support enterprise tenders and RFPs by coordinating with internal teams and channel partners to deliver competitive proposals

We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise IT sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Commercial PCs, servers, or IT infrastructure
  • Proven track record of directly managing and successfully closing deals with medium-to-large Enterprise/Corporate accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the local IT channel ecosystem, including the operational models of major Distributors, System Integrators (SIs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Target-Driven Mentality: Highly resilient and motivated to achieve and exceed sales quotas in a highly competitive environment.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Ability to deliver compelling pitches in C-level meetings and skillfully balance profitability with channel margins.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively mobilize internal resources to win complex projects.
  • An intermediate level of English (conversational and written) is required as this position will interact with overseas colleagues. Chinese is a plus
