Job Description
1. Position Purpose
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling Oshima's e-commerce channels to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand brand presence, and ensure profitable online operations for agricultural and industrial products.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website).
• Set and manage revenue targets, budgets, and profit margins.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, mega sales, and promotional programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior in the agricultural & industrial tools sector.
2.2. Platform & Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Ensure product content accuracy (technical specifications, images, descriptions).
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Control pricing and discount strategies to maintain healthy margins.
2.3. Performance & Analytics
• Track and optimize key KPIs:
o Revenue & GMV
o Conversion Rate
o ROAS / CAC
o Order cancellation & return rate
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to Management.
2.4. Team Management
• Lead, train, and develop the e-commerce team (E-commerce Executives, Content, Livestream, Ads – in-house or agency).
• Build strong product knowledge within the team, especially for technical and machinery-related products.
• Foster a performance-driven and ownership mindset.
Job Requirements
1.Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong advantage if experienced in industrial, agricultural machinery, tools, or technical products.
• Experience working in B2B combined with B2C business models is preferred.
2.Professional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and E-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, marketplace ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Solid understanding of cost structure, inventory, logistics, and margin management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
