Our client is a prestigious fashion retail company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Objective of role:Drives the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, technology and infrastructural plans. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for Ecommerce.
Responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with internal/ external partners for the business.
Detailed Responsibilities/accountabilitiesStrategy:- Develop overall mid/ long term strategy & plan to align with company business.
- Collect and analyze the market trend, customer's insights, competitor and propose the action plan to ensure the Ecommerce goals achievement & online business growth.
- Manage P&L by monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
Implement strategy- Manage, supervise and work with internal/ external partners in the plan and execution to implement Ecommerce strategy.
- Review & evaluate the performance to propose action plan for improving the performance
Analysis & operation management:- Analyze and manage web data
- Analyze OKR & KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximize conversion.
- Analyze traffic and user behaviors as well as user experience metrics-optimizing site operation, identify opportunities to achieve sale-growth.
- Build up process and ensure the operational efficiency of the ecommerce business.
- Manage sales, promotions, marketing on site
Develop people:- Recruit, training and build up the development plan for team members.
- Review and evaluate the employee's performance.
- Manage and lead employees to accomplish the set plan and performance dimension.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Ecommerce/Digital marketing or related major
Experience: - At least 5+ years of experience working in Ecommerce management level, preferably in retail field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills for tracking set-up, evaluating, reporting and actioning insights.
- Experience in an eCommerce role delivering growth
Skills: - Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Demonstrate experience in supervising and leading a team, Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making, Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
- Efficiency in English & Advance computer skills in Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
