ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Associate Ecommerce Manager to join our fast-moving, agile team. This role is more than campaign management, it's about pioneering digital solutions, unlocking new growth in Search and eCommerce, and driving performance for some of the world's most iconic beauty brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and execute data-driven eCommerce strategies to accelerate digital growth.
- Own the Search ecosystem (Onsite & SEM); optimizing keywords, bids, and creatives.
- Partner with eRetailers and platforms to launch bold, first-to-market solutions.
- Forecast trends, analyze data, and pivot strategies to meet GMV and KPI targets.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and compelling reports.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and drive innovation through competitive analysis.
- Champion agility and experimentation; test new formats, tools, and ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Infuse every project with the precision, creativity, and premium storytelling.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in digital marketing or media agency roles, ideally with FMCG clients.
- Strong hands-on experience with Search platforms (Google, TikTok, marketplaces).
- Expertise in Search performance optimization and campaign structuring.
- Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, and onsite marketplace search.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of CPAS, Programmatic, and Messenger Ads.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
