Job Description:
Replenishment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies using sales forecasts, historical data, and demand patterns.
- Create and maintain advanced planning tools to ensure accurate and scalable replenishment processes.
- Generate and manage purchase requisitions, resolving discrepancies in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers to streamline purchase confirmation and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor replenishment accuracy and proactively address gaps to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Inventory management
- Analyze large-scale inventory data to provide actionable insights for stock optimization.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses to maintain balanced inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely physical stock movements.
- Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point to support replenishment goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Business Development, Ops KAM...) to optimize supply chain performance.
- Detect and resolve supplier-related issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support ad-hoc projects and requests from the team lead to enhance replenishment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business or a related field.
- From 2 years of experience in replenishment planning, supply planning strategy, or inventory optimization, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
- Experience in e-commerce supply chain dynamics and high-SKU environments.
- Familiarity with demand forecasting tools or inventory management software
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a dynamic setting.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as VBA, Power Query, Python, or similar (required for handling large datasets) is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data (experience with 20,000+ SKUs is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English listening and speaking abilities to effectively collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with experience presenting data-driven replenishment insights
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Google Sheets
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
