GEW VIETNAM is hiring an E-Commerce Operation Executive (Mid/Senior Level) to work in international e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
Job Description:
- Work directly with manufacturers
- Write product listing content and propose image ideas
- Operate international e-commerce platforms
- Research, plan, and improve products, categories, stores, and brands
- Manage advertising and promotional campaigns
- Plan sales, finance, and cash flow
- Handle customer service and account-related issues
- Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and support internal projects
Requirements:
- Full-time hybrid working in Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Trung Ward – near Thao Dien Metro Station)
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce (preferably Amazon FBA, cross-border)
- Proactive, flexible mindset with strong sense of responsibility and data handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/CapCut, AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus
- Able to start work soon
