Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager for ZWILLING Vietnam, you will lead the brand's end-to-end e-commerce growth with a primary focus on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

This role owns the full business cycle and operates 100% in-house, covering commercial planning, marketplace operations, performance marketing, content commerce, promotion, fulfillment coordination, and P&L delivery, while protecting ZWILLING's premium positioning and brand experience online.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) E-commerce Strategy & P&L Management

  • Own the full e-commerce P&L, including sales, gross margin, marketing investment, promotion cost, platform fees, and overall profitability.
  • Build and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and campaign-level business plans for Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Continuously monitor and improve Media ROI, promotion effectiveness, and overall investment efficiency.

2) Commercial Planning & Marketplace Growth

  • Lead commercial planning for key platform moments, including Double Day, Mega Campaign, Brand Day, Payday, and livestream campaigns.
  • Plan and optimize pricing, vouchers, bundles, GWPs, hero SKUs, NPDs, and platform-exclusive offers.
  • Negotiate with platform KAMs to secure visibility, traffic support, campaign slots, and growth opportunities.

3) Social Commerce Acceleration

  • Lead social commerce growth strategy across content commerce, affiliate, short-form video, livestream, creator collaboration, and conversion optimization.
  • Build social commerce plans that connect awareness, product education, traffic, and sales conversion, while protecting the brand's premium storytelling.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate, creator, and livestream performance, including product selection, pricing mechanics, content direction, host performance, and scalable conversion triggers.

4) Performance Marketing & Investment Optimization

  • Own and optimize e-commerce marketing investment across platform ads, affiliate, livestream, short-form video, vouchers, and campaign funding.
  • Build and optimize media plans to balance brand visibility, traffic generation, sales conversion, and profitability, while continuously improving overall marketing investment efficiency.

5) In-house Marketplace Operation & Execution Excellence

  • Operate Shopee and TikTok Shop end-to-end in-house, covering store operation, listing management, campaign setup, pricing/promotion updates, content updates, marketing execution, and daily store health management.
  • Manage operational performance across fulfillment, stock allocation, customer service, ratings/reviews, returns/cancellations, and platform compliance.
  • Coordinate with SCM, 3rd partywarehouse, to ensure campaign readiness, smooth order flow, and fast issue resolution.

6) Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Market Intelligence

  • Own the e-commerce data analytics and reporting framework via Power BI to support business tracking, performance review, and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide a clear view of business performance.
  • Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, risk areas, and commercial improvement levers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, digital commerce, or commercial roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop, preferably in premium consumer goods, home & living, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG categories.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L, sales target management, margin, promotion cost, marketing investment, platform fees, and profitability levers.
  • Able to operate marketplace stores end-to-end in-house, including store management, listing setup, campaign execution, pricing/promotion updates, stock coordination, and platform compliance.
  • Solid understanding of social commerce, affiliate, livestream, short-form video, platform ads, media planning, and content-driven sales growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Power BI to translate business data into clear insights and action plans.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with platform KAMs, SCM, 3rd party warehouse, agencies, creators, affiliates, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on, self-driven, agile, detail-oriented, and able to manage both strategy and execution in a lean, fast-paced in-house environment.
