JOB PURPOSES:

We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Key Account Manager to lead Shopee channel, and Reseller development. This role is critical to driving online sales growth, improving profitability, and expanding digital distribution.

JOB DUTIES:

1.Shopee Account Management

  • Own P&L and drive sales, traffic, and conversion for Shopee.
  • Develop and execute assortment, pricing, promotion, and JBP plans.
  • Optimize content, SIS experience, platform tools, and on/off-site traffic.
  • Lead platform campaigns and troubleshoot execution issues.

2.Affiliate Marketing

  • Recruit and manage KOLs, KOCs, and micro-influencers via Shopee Affiliate.
  • Coordinate with agencies/MCNs to activate campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Track performance (clicks, GMV, conversions) and optimize offers and commission models.

3.Reseller & Omni Growth

  • Identify and hunt new online & offline resellers.
  • Plan and implement the projects of GT/MT digital transformation
  • Support trade programs, bundle deals, and reseller engagement.
  • Monitor performance and propose initiatives to scale the channel.

4.Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports across all pillars.
  • Analyze campaign ROI, affiliate efficiency, and channel profitability.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve business impact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Have at least 5 year experience in ecommerce management in FMCG, especially with Shopee.
  • Have sound understanding about reseller model eB2B or omni channel is a plus
  • Strong in data analysis, digital tools, and campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
