1. Job description:

• In charge of ShopeeFood Delivery Partner (Shipper) issues, complaints, violations, questions and other types of support request via channels: call, email, chat and offline (face to face).
• Deliver supporting solution & violation penalty to Shipper according to Department's Standard Operation Process (SOP).
• Handle Shipper's support tickets in time, ensuring Shipper's experience.
• Understand current SOP of Shipper support and propose updates if needed to Team Lead.
• Other ad-hoc and on-demand tasks assigned from Team Lead.

2. Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/ Communications or equivalent educational experience.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, working in e-commerce and logistics industries are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ticket handling systems, office programs.
• Have a passion working with people.
• Teamwork with high collaboration with all departments.
• Proactive and open mindset, quick adaptation to situations & dealing smartly with high workload.
