Develop, plan, and execute driver care, engagement, and incentive initiatives to grow the driver community, enhance driver experience, and improve operational performance.
Analyze driver insights and operational performance to design schemes aligned with specific objectives and target driver segments.
Coordinate and implement online and offline communications for schemes, ensuring clear messaging delivered to the right audience at the right time.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate initiative effectiveness (participation rate, cost efficiency, operational impact, etc.), and proactively optimize performance.
Consolidate and report results; propose improvement initiatives based on data analysis and execution outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan and achieve defined objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Ability to assess and analyze user insights and market trends.
Solid understanding of communication channels and their effectiveness to design and implement suitable programs.
