JOB DESCRIPTION
Main purpose of job: This position will serve as a bridge between business and IT, translating business language into the DMS system, develop DMS in aligning with FinViet system to delivery business requirements (internal & external), manage and support sale team to contribute the value of DMS system into business
Collaborate with sale team to define requirement based on business needs and inline with Eco System.
Coordinate with IT to manage all issue/enhancements (Jira system) and ensuretesting did done before release in production environment.
Manage DMS system to ensure it is running smoothly with less critical incident/impact business operation.
Cooperate with CS, IT team to provide the support services to ensure SLA.
Provide guideline & do training to end user.
Other assignment by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good at using Excel or Google Sheets
Have at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry (Freshers accepted)
Knowledge of Jira, project management confluence, visio or drawio knowledge
Proactive thinking, focusing on process optimization
Can start work immediately
