Role Description

The Director of Rooms is a full-time role, based on-site in Ninh Bnh, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Rooms Division operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, maintaining efficient front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations, setting and achieving department goals, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role requires leadership to inspire and guide the team while maintaining high quality, service standards, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills in the hospitality or related industry
• Strong experience in operations management, particularly in front office, housekeeping, and guest services
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve financial goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of hospitality and front-office management systems
• Proven ability to maintain brand standards and drive exceptional guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous work experience at a managerial level in the hospitality industry is required, preferably in luxury or upscale properties
