Job Description
Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies across the hotel. This role supports long-term business planning, forecasting, and budget management; drives incremental profit opportunities; collaborates closely with sales, finance, and front office teams; and ensures all distribution systems and RevPAR tools are optimized for performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years experience in revenue management in similar role in Hotel industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
