1. Strategic Planning & P&L Management
- Build and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for the business unit.
- Take full ownership of P&L, ensure sustainable financial performance through effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of resources.
- Identify new business models, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market presence.
2. Market & Portfolio Development
- Lead market analysis to capture emerging trends, competitive movements, and customer insights.
- Develop and manage product/service portfolio strategy aligned with companys growth objectives.
- Drive innovation and launch of new offerings to maximize market potential.
3. Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and KOLs to strengthen the companys market position.
- Negotiate and close strategic deals that support long-term growth.
- Explore opportunities in new market segments or geographies.
4. Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to define go-to-market strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Provide direction to sales teams to achieve short-term and long-term revenue objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong customer value propositions.
5. Leadership & People Development
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with companys vision and values.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders within the business unit.
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
6. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
- Manage risks and ensure operational excellence across all business activities.
Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management or related fields (MBA preferred).
- At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Business Unit Leadership in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device industry.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
